The National Collection of Camellia reticulata cultivars and hybrids is held at Tregothnan, Tresillian, Cornwall.

Tregothnan is a large Cornish garden with the oldest outdoor specimen camellias in the UK. New species and varieties are continually added and there are now plants in flower all year round. Tregothnan is the home of the first tea garden in Britain growing Camellia sinensis for tea making.
